The article is devoted to studying conditions for holomorphic extendibility of \(CR\)-hyperfunctions defined on an arbitrary real analytic hypersurface. Given a hyperfunction \(\Psi\) with compact support on \(\Gamma\), define the following transform which is connected with the logarithmic differential: \[ {\mathcal F}(\Psi)(z) = \left\langle\Psi_{\zeta},\frac{\omega(f(\zeta - z))|_{\Gamma}} {d\sigma(\zeta)}\right\rangle, \] where \(d\sigma(\zeta)\) is the element of \(\Gamma\), \({\mathcal F}(\Psi)(z)\) is a real-analytic function outside the support of \(\Psi\) and \(\omega\) is a \(\bar{\partial}\)-closed differential form with real-analytic coefficients for \(\zeta\neq z\) which is called the logarithmic differential corresponding to \(f\). The author constructs an exhaustion of the domain \(\Omega\) by monotone family of bounded domains of holomorphy \(\Omega_j\): \(\overline\Omega_j\Subset\Omega_{j + 1} \subset\Omega\). As a first result the author proves the following Theorem 1. If \(\Psi \) is a \(CR\)-hyperfunction on \(\Gamma\) then, for holomorphic extendibility of \(\Psi\) onto \(\Omega^+\), it is necessary and sufficient that \({\mathcal F}(\Psi_j)(z)\) has a real-analytic continuation from the connected component \(\Omega_-\cap\Omega_j\) into \(\Omega_j\) for all \(j\). The author applies Theorem 1 to studying conditions for local holomorphic extendibility of \(CR\)-hyperfunctions. In the next result, a condition on a hypersurface \(\Gamma\) is established under which every \(CR\)-hyperfunction \(\Psi\) extends holomorphically to a unilateral neighborhood \(V_p^-\subset\Omega^-\) of a point \(p\in\Gamma\) whenever there is a germ of a holomorphic curve at this point which lies in \(\Omega^+\). A prototype of this result is the well-known Levi theorem.
