The authors describe the moduli space of classical dynamical \(r\)-matrices modulo gauge transformations. They improve and generalize the results of \textit{P. Etingof} and \textit{A. Varchenko} [Geometry and classification of solutions of the classical dynamical Yang-Baxter equation, Commun. Math. Phys. 192, 77-120 (1998; Zbl 0915.17018)] and \textit{O. Schiffmann} [On classification of dynamical \(r\)-matrices, Math. Res. Lett. 5, 13-30 (1998; Zbl 0957.17020)], as well as correct some errors that occured in these papers.
