In the theory of functional-differentional equations quasilinear parabolic equations are widely used for modeling of nonlinear optical systems with a nonlocal feedback. The nonlinear parabolic equation of the form \[ \partial_tu + u - D\Delta u = K I_{\Theta (u)}, \quad \partial_r u|_{(r=r_0)} = 0, \quad \tag{1} \] where \(u=u(x, t)\) is a phase modulation of the light wave in a circle \(\Omega -\{x \in\mathbb{R}^2:|x |<r_0\}\), \(r_0 > 0\) is considered. Additionally in (1) is denoted: \(\Delta\) is the Laplace operator, \(K\) is the coefficient of nonlinearity, \(D\) is the diffusion coefficient of a nonlinear medium. As a rule the right side of (1) is given by a superposition \[ I_{\Theta}(u) = I(x_{\Theta},t;u), \qquad \tag{2} \] of the operator \(I(x,t;u)\) of the intensity of the light wave. A wide class of models may be described by proper choosing the operator \(I(x,t;u)\), for example, models which take into account interference, diffraction, Fourier-filtration in the feedback outline. In the present paper the intensity operator is choosen in the form \[ I(x,t;u) = |A(x,t,z=l;u)|^2 + |A_0 |^2, \quad \tag{3} \] where \(A(x, t, z; u)\) is the solution of the Schrödinger type equation \[ \partial_zA + i\Delta A = 0, \quad A |_{z=0} = A_0 \exp(iu(x,t)), \quad \partial_r A|_{r=r_0}= 0. \tag{4} \] Existence of stable periodic solutions of rotational wave type in the problem (1)--(4) is proved.
