The contact problem of a rigid surface \((G,\nu)\) stamp having an elastic material and impressed into an elastic layer surface by a known force and moment variable with time is reduced to the Fredholm-Volterra integral equation of the first kind \[ \int_0^a K_{\mu,\gamma}^{\varepsilon,\nu,\lambda}(x,\xi)\varphi(\xi,t) d\xi + \int_0^t F(\tau)\varphi(x,\tau) d\tau =\pi\theta[\gamma(t)+\beta(t)x-f(x)], \] \[ 0\leqslant x\leqslant a<\infty,\quad 0\leqslant t\leqslant T<\infty,\quad \theta=G(1-\nu)^{-1}, \] with kernel \(K_{\mu,\gamma}^{\varepsilon,\nu,\lambda}(x,y)= x^\lambda y^{-\varepsilon-\lambda+1} \int_0^t t^\nu J_\mu(tx)J_\gamma(ty) dt\), (\(\Re(1 + \nu + \mu + \gamma) > 0\), \(0 \leqslant \nu < 1\), \(J_n(x)\) is a Bessel function) under the conditions \(\int_0^a\varphi(\xi,t) d\xi=P(t)\), \(\int_0^a\xi\varphi(\xi,t) d\xi=M(t)\). The solution in the space \(L_2(0, a)\times C(0, T)\) is obtained in a series form, where the convergence of the series is considered with the uniqueness of the solution. Special cases when the kernel of the Fredholm integral term takes one of the following: logarithmic kernel, Carleman kernel, complete elliptic kernel, potential kernel, and a generalized potential kernel, are considered. Many spectral relations which have large applications in physics are obtained.
