The paper deals with an evolution equation obtained from a generalized Maxwell nonlinear viscoelastic model. The model describes a relationship between the rotated Kirchhoff stress and material logarithmic strain. The material law is implemented numerically, and some numerical examples are presented. The results show that the nonlinear viscoelastic material law is suitable for the description of nonlinear stress response of viscoelastic solids at finite strain.
