Summary: Let \(\mathfrak{S}\) be a commutative ring with unity, and a set of nonunit elements is denoted by \(W( \mathfrak{S})\). The coannihilator graph of \(\mathfrak{S}\), denoted by \(AG^\prime( \mathfrak{S})\), is an undirected graph with vertex set \(W(\mathfrak{S})^\ast\) (set of all nonzero nonunit elements of \(\mathfrak{S}\)), and \(\alpha\sim\beta\) is an edge of \(AG^\prime(\mathfrak{S})\Leftrightarrow\alpha\notin\alpha\beta\mathfrak{S}\) or \(\beta\notin\alpha\beta\mathfrak{S} \), where \(\delta\mathfrak{S}\) denotes the principal ideal generated by \(\delta\in\mathfrak{S}\). In this study, we first classify finite ring \(\mathfrak{S}\), for which \(AG^\prime(\mathfrak{S})\) is isomorphic to some well-known graph. Then, we characterized the finite ring \(\mathfrak{S} \), for which \(AG^\prime(\mathfrak{S})\) is toroidal or projective.
