Let \(D\) be a big and nef divisor on a projective variety \(X\). Denote by \(B_{+}(D)=\bigcap_{m\geq 1}Bs(|m(B-\epsilon A|))\) the augmented base locus of \(D\), where \(A\) is an ample divisor on \(X\) and \(\epsilon\) is a sufficient small positive rational number. Let \(\mathrm{Null}(D)\) be the union of all positive dimensional subvarieties \(V\) of \(X\) such that \((L^{\otimes \dim V}\cdot V)=0\). When \(X\) is a smooth projective variety of characteristic \(0\), Nakayame proved that \(B_{+}(D)=\mathrm{Null}(D)\). The authors extends Nakayame's theorem to more general settings. They proved that \(B_{+}(D)=\mathrm{Null}(D)\) when \(X\) is a normal projective variety such that the non-lc locus of \(X\) is of dimension \(\leq 1\). The authors applied multiplier ideal techniques to prove the main result.
