The paper addresses time-dependent quantum Hamiltonians which include a quadratic term multiplied by a derivative of a function of time, which represents white noise. The main objective is to prove the existence and uniqueness for the quantum propagator in this class of Hamiltonians. The proof proceeds through derivation of Strichartz estimates for the propagator. The results are then used to prove local and global well-posedness for solutions of nonlinear Schrödinger equations with an irregular explicitly time-dependent linear term.
