MF actions and \(K\)-theoretic dynamics (Q2253264)

The author studies the connection \(K\)-theory and \(C^*\)-algebras and finite-dimensional properties of \(C^*\)-algebras. The author provides a \(K\)-theoretic interpretation of dynamical approximation properties. Section 2 introduces notations, necessary concepts that appear thereafter. In Section 3, the author considers MF (matricial field) actions and RFD (residually finite-dimensional) actions. In Section 4 there is the main result (Theorem 4.14) determining when the reduced crossed product of free group on a unital AF-algebra is MF.
