By a transversely holomorphic foliation \({\mathcal F}=\{U_ i,f_ i,N,\gamma_{ij}\}\) of a complex manifold M, we mean that \(\{U_ i\}\) is an open covering of M, \(f_ i: U_ i\to N\) is a holomorphic mapping of maximal rank and \(\gamma_{ij}\) is local biholomorphic mapping such that \(f_ i=\gamma_{ij}\circ f_ j\). A foliation \({\mathcal F}\) is called Hermitian, if N carries a Hermitian metric such that \(\gamma_{ij}\) is isometry with respect to the metric. A deformation \({\mathcal F}^ t\) of transversely holomorphic foliation \({\mathcal F}\) of M parametrized by (T,0) is, by definition, a collection of transversely holomorphic foliation \({\mathcal F}^ t=\{U_ i,f^ t_ i,N,\gamma_{ij}\}\), \(t\in T\) such that \(f^ t_ i: U_ i\to N\) and \(\gamma^ t_{ij}\) depend holomorphically on T with \(f^ 0_ i=f_ i\) and \(\gamma^ 0_{ij}=\gamma_{ij}.\) In the present paper, the authors show that if a transversely holomorphic foliation \({\mathcal F}\) is Hermitian or of codimension one and admits a transverse projectable connection, then there exists a versal deformation of \({\mathcal F}\) which keep fixed its differentiable type. Here, a deformation \({\mathcal F}^ t\) parametrized by (T,0) is said of fixed differentiable type, if there exists a differentiable family \(\{h^ t\}\) of diffeomorphism of M parametrized by (T,0) such that \((h^ t)^*{\mathcal F}^ t={\mathcal F}\).
