A directed \(k\)-cycle system is called almost resolvable if the collection of the directed \(k\)-cycles can be partitioned into almost parallel classes. In the paper under review, the authors resolve the next open case \(k=7\) proving that the obvious necessary condition \(v \equiv 1 \pmod 7\) is also sufficient. There are details for the constructions involved.
