Let \((X,\tau)\) be a completely regular Hausdorff space, \(B\) be the \(\sigma\)-algebra generated by the cozero sets of \(X\) and \(\mu\) be a \(\tau\)-smooth measure on \(B\). Definition: \((X,B,\mu)\) has the \(L\)- property if there is a Lindelöf subset of \(X\) -- say \(M\) -- such that the inner measure of \(X\backslash M\) is zero. As main result the author shows that: 1) there is a model of ZF where the Sorgenfrey plane with the restriction of the Lebesgue measure lacks the \(L\)-property; 2) under ZFC+CH the Sorgenfrey plane with the restriction of the Lebesgue measure has the \(L\)-property.
