[For part III, see Appl. Anal. 33, No. 1/2, 25-43 (1989; Zbl 0702.35109).] When the coefficients and inhomogeneous term in a second order parabolic equation \[ P=\sum_{|\alpha|\leq 2}p_ \alpha(x,t)D^ \alpha_ x-D_ t;\;Pu=f\text{ in }\Omega, \] \(\Omega\) a bounded open subset of \(\mathbb{R}^{n+1}\), are Hölder continuous with respect to space and time, so are the second space and first time derivatives of solutions. When this assumed Hölder continuity is only with respect to space, almost the same regularity is true as before. These previous results are valid only away from the parabolic boundary \({\mathcal P}\Omega\) of the domain \(\Omega\) in which the equation is assumed to hold. The author gives boundary and consequent global estimates for the first initial-boundary value problem \(u=\varphi\) on \({\mathcal P}\Omega\) in general appropriate smooth cylindrical or non-cylindrical domains.
