The paper deals with fuzzy groups under triangular norms [cf. \textit{H. Sherwood}, Fuzzy Sets Syst. 11, 79-89 (1983; Zbl 0529.20021); \textit{B. W. Wetherilt}, ibid. 16, 237-242 (1985; Zbl 0582.20020)]. The properties of a triangular product of fuzzy groups lead to the examination of the lattice of fuzzy subgroups. It is proved that the set of fuzzy subgroups under a continuous triangular norm forms a complete, pseudocomplemented lattice.
