An algorithm for constructing a quasi-regular asymptotic representation for the solution to a singularly perturbed linear multipoint boundary value problem with fast and slow variable is given. By means of the algorithm it is possible to describe the singularity of the solutions which reflects the structure of the boundary layers in a closed analytic form.
