In this paper, a Gelfand-Levitan type trace formula is obtained for the boundary-value problem which consists of the differential equation \[-y^{\prime \prime} (x) + \upsilon (x) y(1)=\lambda y(x), \quad x\in (0,1)\] and boundary conditions \[y(0)=y^{\prime}(1)+(y,\upsilon)_{L^2}=0\]. Here, \(\upsilon (x)\) is a nonlocal potential function in \(W_2 ^1 [0,1]\) and \(\lambda\) is a spectral parameter.
