In a previous paper [Ann. N. Y. Acad. Sci. 806, 393-412 (1996; Zbl 0902.54008)] the author introduced \(\mathcal S\)-net spaces. The present paper studies compactness in such structures; most of the results are analogous to those in topological spaces.
