Let \(\Omega\in L^1(\mathbb{S}^{n-1})\) satisfy \(\int_{\mathbb{S}^{n-1}}\Omega\,d\sigma=0\). Assume that for any \(x\in\mathbb{R}^n\backslash\{0\}\), \[K(x):=\frac{\Omega(x^\prime)}{|x|^n}, \] where \(x^\prime:=x/|x|\). Then the rough homogeneous singular integral \(T_\Omega\) is defined by \[T_\Omega f(x):=\mathrm{p.v.}\int_{\mathbb{R}^n}\frac{\Omega(x')}{|x|^n}f(x-y)\,dy. \] Moreover, the Bochner--Riesz multiplier at the critical index \(B_{(n-1)/2}\) is defined by \[\widehat{B_{(n-1)/2}(f)}(\xi):=(1-|\xi|^2)_{+}^{(n-1)/2}\widehat{f}(\xi). \] Let \(T\) be either \(T_\Omega\) with \(\Omega\in L^\infty(\mathbb{S}^{n-1})\) satisfying \(\int_{\mathbb{S}^{n-1}}\Omega\,d\sigma=0\) or \(B_{(n-1)/2}\). Assume that \(p\in[1,\infty)\) and \(\omega\in A_\infty(\mathbb{R}^n)\) (Muckenhoupt weights). In this article, the authors showed that there exists a positive constant \(C:=C(p,T)\) such that \[\|Tf\|_{L^p_\omega(\mathbb{R}^n)}\le C[\omega]^2_{A_\infty(\mathbb{R}^n)}\|Mf\|_{L^p_\omega(\mathbb{R}^n)}, \] where \(M\) denotes the Hardy-Littlewood maximal operator.
