The Schrödinger equation is considered on a finite interval, where the potential is complex-valued and contains a particular singularity. The boundary conditions at the endpoints of the interval are identified by two constants, and a \(2\times 2\) transition matrix is used to describe an additional condition on the solution at the singularity point. The author analyzes the properties of the spectrum, the completeness of the solutions, and the uniqueness of recovery of the potential, the boundary parameters, and the transition matrix from the corresponding Weyl function and also from another data set related to the spectrum.
