The set \(E=\{(z,w):w=e^{-1/z},z\neq 0\}\) is shown to be completely pluripolar (i.e., the \(-\infty\)-set of some plurisubharmonic function), which answers a question of \textit{A. Sadullaev }. The result remains valid if \(e^{-1/z}\) is replaced by certain other holomorphic functions with an essential singularity at \(0\). The proof follows the lines of argument of \textit{N. Levenberg} and \textit{E. A. Poletsky} [Mich. Math. J. 46, No. 1, 151-162 (1999; Zbl 0963.32024)].
