A complete description of the self orbit equivalence of a transitive Anosov flow \(g^t\) on a three-dimensional manifold \(M\) is provided, i.e., the description of a self orbit equivalence \(h:M\to M\) of \(g^t\), which is homotopic to identity. If \(g^t\) is \(\mathbb{R}\)-covered, that is, the leaf space of its weak stable (or equivalently weak unstable) foliation is homeomorphic to \(\mathbb{R}\), then either \(h\) preserves every the orbits of \(g^t\) or the composition of \(h\) and another self orbit equivalence map preserves every orbit of \(g^t\). If \(g^t\) is not \(\mathbb{R}\)-covered, then \(h\) preserves every orbit of \(g^t\). The main tools in the proof are lozenge, chain of lozenges, and string of lozenges, where these can be thought of as the rectangles given by the weak stable and weak unstable leaves or the rectangles given by the corresponding lifted foliations. As a consequence, the authors remove an assumption on a result of \textit{F. T. Farrell} and \textit{A. Gogolev} [Math. Ann. 364, No. 1--2, 401--438 (2016; Zbl 1362.37071)] about the topological rigidity of bundles supporting a fiberwise Anosov flow, where the fiber is three-dimensional.
