    Let \(A\) be a \(k\times k\)-matrix whose entries are \(0\) or \(1\), \(\Sigma^+_A =\{ (x_n )\in \{ 1,...,k\}^N : A(x_1 ,x_{i+1})=1\), \(i\geq 0\}\) a compact metric space with respect to a metric with parameter \(\theta , 0<\theta <1\), \quad \(\sigma : (\sigma x)_n =x_{n+1}\), \({\mathcal F}^+_{\theta}\) the Banach algebra of Lipschitz functions on \(\Sigma^+_A \), \({\mathcal L}_g (h)(x)=\sum_{\sigma y=x} e^{g(y)}h(y)\), \(h\in {\mathcal F}^+_{\theta}, x\in \Sigma^+_A , g\in {\mathcal F}^+_{\theta}\); \(P(f)\) the topological pressure for \(f\in {\mathcal F}^+_{\theta}\). The main results of the paper are the following: 1. For \(g\in {\mathcal F}^+_{\theta}\) there exist uniqe \(h\in {\mathcal F}^+_{\theta} , \lambda >0\) and a probability measure \(\nu_g\) such that 1)\({\mathcal L}^*_g (\nu_g )=\lambda \nu_g\), 2)\(h\) is a strongly positive function and \(\int hd\nu_g =1\), 3)\({\mathcal L}_g (h)=\lambda h\). Set \(P\phi =h\int\phi d\nu_g\). Then the specral radius \(\rho\) of the operator \(\lambda^{-1} {\mathcal L}_g -P\) on \({\mathcal F}^+_{\theta}\) satiesfies \(\rho (\lambda^{-1}{\mathcal L}_g -P)\leq \eta_g\), \(0\leq \eta_g <1, \nu_g\) is determined. 2.The rate of decay of the correlations of a class of expanding Markov maps on Cantor sets is studied. 3.The analytic continuation of zeta functions is investigated. Let \(\Lambda\) be a closed convex cone with nonempty interior in a Banach space \(E\). Let \(T\) be a bounded surjective linear operator on \(E\) such that \(T\Lambda\subset\Lambda\) and \(\text{diam}_{\Lambda} (T\Lambda )<\infty\). Then there exist \(\phi_0 \in\Lambda^*, \lambda >0\) such that \(T^* (\phi_0 )=\lambda\phi_0\). Moreover, if \(A\subset\Lambda^* \) is a cone such that \(T^* A\subset A\), then \(\phi_0 \in A\). The last result allows one to construct equilibrium measures.
