Let \(\mathbf B_*\) be the unit ball in \(\mathbf C^n\), \(n \geq 2\), with respect to the norm \(N_*(z)= \sqrt{|z|^2+|\sum_{j=1}^n z_j^2|^2} \). The norm \(\frac{N_*}{\sqrt 2}\) was first introduced by [\textit{K. T. Hahn} and \textit{P. Pflug}, Monatsh. Math. 105, No. 2, 107-112 (1988; Zbl 0638.32005)], and was shown to be the smallest norm in \(\mathbf C^n\) that extends the Euclidean norm in \(\mathbf R^n\) under certain restrictions. In this paper the authors first find the weighted Bergman kernel for the Bergman space with weight \((1-N_*^2(z))^s\), \(s>-1\), on \(\mathbf B_*\). The case \(s=0\) was proved in [\textit{K. Oeljeklaus, P. Pflug}, and \textit{E. H. Youssfi}, Ann. Inst. Fourier 47, No. 3, 915-928 (1997; Zbl 0873.32025)]. Here, the approach for the general case is new and purely analytical. Then they prove \(L^p\)-regularity of the weighted Bergman projection \(P_s\). Their result shows that, unlike the case of smooth domains, the \(L^p\)-regularity of \(P_s\) depends on the singularity of \(\partial \mathbf B_*\).
