Making use of the Uniform Saks-Henstock Lemma (cf. \textit{T.-Y. Lee, T.-S. Chew} and \textit{P.-Y. Lee} [Real. Anal. Exch. 22, No. 1, 382-389 (1996; Zbl 0879.26045)]) the author proves that if a sequence \(\{f_k\}\) of functions \(f_k: [a,b]\to \mathbb{R}\) is uniformly Henstock-Kurzweil integrable on \([a,b]\) (or equi-integrable according to \textit{D.~Preiss} and \textit{Š.~Schwabik} [cf., e.g., Chapter 5 in \textit{J.~Kurzweil}: [``Nichtabsolut konvergente Integrale'' (1980; Zbl 0441.28001)] and if \(f_k(t)\to f(t)\) on \([a,b]\) as \(k\to \infty ,\) then \(f\) is also Henstock-Kurzweil integrable on \([a,b]\) and \(\sup _{x\in [a,b]}\big |\int _a^x (f_k(t)-f(t)) \text{d}t\big |\to 0\) as \(k\to \infty \) (\(f_k\to f\) in the Alexiewicz norm).
