Let \(E \to M\) be a Lie algebroid. Let \(\Omega^k(E)\) be the space of sections of the bundle \(\Lambda^k E\) of \(k\)-forms over the fibers of \(E\), \(d : \Omega^k(E) \to \Omega^{k+1}(E)\) the differential defined by the bracket of the algebroid, and \(I_{\sigma_x} : \Omega^k(E) \to \Omega^{k-1}(E)\) \(\sigma_x\), be the inner derivation. For a \(1\)-form \(\alpha \in \Omega^1(E)\) and \(x \in M\), the author considers the \textit{radical} of \(\alpha\) at \(x \in M\), \(\operatorname{rad}_x\, \alpha = \{ \sigma_x \in E_x \mid I_{\sigma_x} d\alpha_x = 0 \}\), and the bundle, called the radical bundle, \(\operatorname{rad}\alpha = \bigcup_{x \in M}\operatorname{rad}_x \alpha\). A \(1\)-form \(\alpha\) is called regular if \(\operatorname{rad}\alpha\) has constant rank. The author finds some estimations on the rank of the radical bundle, e.g., that every nonclosed regular \(1\)-form \(\alpha\) of a Lie algebroid of odd rank \(r \geq 3\) has nontrivial radical, and if \(r=3\), then the dimension of the radical is 1. For a regular \(1\)-form \(\alpha\), an affinor structure on \(E\) associated with \(\alpha\), is an endomorphism field \(\Phi : E \to E\) such that \((\Phi\sigma, \Phi\tau) = (\sigma, \tau)\), \(d\alpha(\sigma, \tau) = (\Phi\sigma, \tau)\) for all sections \(\sigma\), \(\tau\) of \(E\), where \(( \, , \, )\) is an inner product on the fibers of \(E\). The author finds relations between affine structures and contact, symplectic and complex structures on Lie algebroids. Then he introduces a \textit{radical metric} of a regular \(1\)-form \(\alpha\) as a symmetric \(2\)-from \(\beta\) on fibers of \(E\) such that \(\beta\) restricted to \(\operatorname{rad}\alpha\) is a metric on \(\operatorname{rad}\alpha\) and \(\operatorname{rad}\beta = (\operatorname{rad}\alpha)^\perp\) (with respect to the inner product \(( \, , \, )\)), constructs the metric tensor \(g(\sigma, \tau) = d\alpha(\sigma, \Phi\tau) + \beta(\sigma, \tau)\) on \(E\), and studies the properties of the Levi-Civita connection of \(g\). In the last section of the paper he finds some properties of the \textit{characteristic section} of \(E\) which is dual to \(\alpha\) with respect to the metric \(g\).
