Consider the differential equation \[ x'''(t)+ a(t) x''(t)+ b(t) x'(t)+ g(t, x(t))= p(t)\tag{\(*\)} \] with \(a,b,p\in C(\mathbb{R},\mathbb{R})\), \(g\in C(\mathbb{R}^+\times \mathbb{R}, \mathbb{R})\). The authors derive conditions such that all solutions of \((*)\) tends to zero together with their first and second derivatives as \(t\) tends to infinity.
