A construction due to \textit{D.\,N.\thinspace Clark} [J.~Anal.\ Math.\ 25, 169--191 (1972; Zbl 0252.47010)] allows to study families of spectral measures of perturbation of the Sz.-Nagy--Foiaş model contraction \(S_\Theta\) acting on \(K_{\Theta}=H^2\ominus\Theta H^2\) for scalar inner function \(\Theta\). The authors of the paper under review generalize Clark's construction to the case of operator-valued two-sided inner function. They extend some scalar results of the second author [St.\ Petersburg Math.\ J.\ 5, 389--406 (1994; Zbl 0833.30018)] concerning the boundary behaviour of functions from \(K_{\Theta}\).
