The article deals with the classical Newton-Kantorovich method \[ x_{n+1} = x_n - F'(x_n)^{-1}F(x_n), \qquad n = 0,1,2,\dots, \] of the approximate solution of the nonlinear operator equation \(F(x) = 0\) with the nonlinear \(m\)-Fréchet differentiable operator \(F: X \to Y\) (\(X\) and \(Y\) are Banach spaces). As the authors state, the assumption about the \(m\)-Fréchet differentiability of the operator \(F\), \(m \geq 2\), (instead of the usual assumption about the Lipschitz condition for \(F'(x)\)) allows them to obtain the more delicate error estimates for \(\|x_n - x_*\|\). At the end of the article, two numerical examples are given.
