The notion of extriangulated categories is a generalization of exact categories and triangulated categories. In this paper, the authors study the heart of a cotorsion pairs in an extriangulated category. They show that the heart is abelian and constructed a cohomological functor to the heart. Assuming that the extriangulated has enough projectives, they give an equivalence between the heart and the category of coherent functors over the coheart modulo projectives. Assuming the existence of enough injectives, they define $n$-cluster tilting subcategories of an extriangulated category. They show how an $n$-cluster tilting subcategory induces a sequence of cotorsion pairs with equivalent hearts.
