In the note under review the author presents more general forms of the mean-value theorems established before for multiplicative functions on additive arithmetic semigroups, esp. extensions of the Elliott-Daboussi theorem. The basic objects are additive arithmetic semigroups \((G,\partial)\) with a generating set of primes, assuming that the number \(G(m)\) of elements \(a\) in \(G\) with degree \(\partial (a)=m\) satisfies \[ G(m)=q^m\sum_{1\leq\nu\leq r}A_\nu m^{\rho_\nu-1} +O(q^mm^{-\gamma}), \] with certain restricted constants \(q,\rho_j, A_\nu,\gamma\). Then for a multiplicative function on \(G\) is given -- roughly spoken -- the convergence of some series summed over the generating primes
