Let \(f\) and \(g\) be two nonconstant meromorphic functions, and let \(P\) be a polynomial or a finite complex number. We say that \(f\) and \(g\) share \(PCM\), provided that \(f-P\) and \(g-P\) have the same zeros with the same multiplicaties. In this paper among others the following result is proved: Let \(f\) be a nonconstant entire function of hyper order \(\sigma_2 (f)<1/2\), let \(a(\neq 0)\) be a finite complex number, and let \(n\) and \(k\) be two positive integers. If \(f\), \(f^{(n)}\) and \(f^{(n+k)}\) share \(aCM\), then there exist finite complex numbers \(\lambda_j(\neq 0)\) \((1\leq j\leq k)\), \(c(\neq 0)\) and \(b_0\) satisfying \(\lambda_j^n= \lambda_j^{n+k}=c\;(1\leq j\leq k)\) and \(cb_0+(1-c)a=0\), such that \(f(z)=\sum^k_{j=1}\frac{\gamma_j}{c}e^{\lambda_jz}+b_0\), where \(\gamma_j\) \((1\leq j\leq k)\) are certain finite compex numbers.
