Let \(\widetilde M\) be an almost hyperbolic contact metric manifold with an almost hyperbolic contact metric structure \((\phi,\xi,\eta,g)\), where \(\phi\) a \((1,1)\) tensor field, \(\xi\) a vector field, \(\eta\) is a 1-form and \(g=\) a compatible Riemannian metric of \(\widetilde M\). Let \(D\) be a horizontal distribution on a Riemannian submanifold \(M\) of \(\widetilde M\) and \(D^\perp=\) the complementary orthogonal distribution. The authors study CR-submanifolds of nearly trans-hyperbolic Sasakian manifolds with a semi-symmetric non-metric connection. The Nijenhuis tensor is calculated and conditions for integrability of \(D\) and \(D^\perp\) are discussed. An example is the following. Theorem: Let \(M\) be a \(\xi\)-vertical CR-sub-manifold of a nearly trans-hyperbolic Sasakian manifold \(\widetilde M\) with a semi-symmetric non-metric connection. Then the distribution \(D\) is integrable if the following conditions are satisfied: \(S(X,Z)\in D\), \(h(X,\phi Z)= h(\phi X,Z)\) for any\(X,Z\in D\). In this paper the exposition is delicate.
