Let \((M, g)\) be a complete Riemannian manifold. In the present paper the author gives a proof of the fact that the upper and the lower sectional curvature bounds of \(g\) vary at a bounded rate under the Ricci flow. This problem has applications to convergence with two-sides curvature bounds.
