The purpose of this paper is the construction and study of classical bounded solutions of a reaction-diffusion equation with bistable nonlinearities of positive mass. General qualitative properties are presented under various assumptions: conical conditions at infinity, existence of a sublevel set with globally Lipstchitz boundary and monotonicity in a given direction.
