The Chern-Simons-Proca-Higgs (CSPH) model considered in this paper is a modification of Chern-Simons-Higgs equations by adding a Proca mass term together with the Lorentz gauge condition. Regardless of the sign of potential, the existence, under a special assumption, of a unique local-in-time solution of the initial value problem for the CSPH system is proved. In case of a repulsive potential one shows the global existence of a \(H^2\) solution. For the attractive potential, one proves that if the initial data have a negative energy \(E(0)\), the solution has a finite time singularity.
