The authors continue their study of a particular class of states on AF algebras associated with trees, dropping the regularity assumption on the tree, which appeared in their earlier work. The main result shows that all such quantum Markov states are induced from classical measures on the spectrum of a maximal abelian subalgebra, via a suitable conditional expectation. The Markov property of the classical measure is then given a concrete description.
