A model for interval fuzzy Cohen-Grossberg neural networks (IFCGNN) with piecewise constant argument is introduced. It is a system alternately with deviation of advanced and delayed types. Some sufficient conditions are given to ensure the existence and uniqueness of a solution. Based on the comparison principle, some sufficient conditions are obtained for global robustly exponential stability of the equilibrium point of IFCGNN. Three examples are given for illustrating the obtained results.
