Add a new profile type

1. Create tempalte (Tim)
2. Create profile item (Eloi / Daniel)
3. Add namespace
4. Adjust config

   $wgMathProfileQIdMap['namespace']='profileItem';
   // examples
   $wgMathProfileQIdMap['person']='Q5976445';
   $wgMathProfileQIdMap['software']='Q5976450';
   

5. Trigger manual rerun of page creation (for now)
