Let \(N^{2n+1}(\tilde{c})\) be the \((2n+1)\)-dimensional Sasakian space form with constant \(\varphi\)-sectional curvature \(\tilde{c}\) and Sasakian structure \((\varphi,\xi,\eta,g)\). A submanifold \(M\) of \(N^{2n+1}(\tilde{c})\) is called \(C\)-totally real if the contact form \(\eta\) restricted to \(M\) vanishes. In this paper, the authors obtain a complete classification of \(n\)-dimensional \(C\)-totally real minimal submanifolds with constant sectional curvature in the \((2n+1)\)-dimensional Sasakian space forms, which sharpens a theorem of Yamaguchi-Kon-Ikawa.
