The inverse boundary value problem for the discrete Schrödinger operator \(-\Delta + \hat q\) with Dirichlet boundary conditions on a bounded subgraph of the square lattice \( \mathbb{Z}^{d}\) is studied. The discrete analogue of the Dirichlet-to-Neumann map is defined. Then the authors prove that the potential \(\hat q\) is uniquely determined by the Dirichlet-to-Neumann meromorphic map. As a consequence they obtain that the potential \(\hat q\) is uniquely determined by the eigenvalues and the normal derivatives of the corresponding eigenfunctions of the Schrödinger operator. During the proof, a reconstruction procedure of the potential from the Dirichlet-to-Neumann map for all energies is given.
