Strong convergence for a strongly quasi-nonexpansive sequence in Hilbert spaces (Q2016683)

Summary: We prove a strong convergence theorem for strongly quasi-nonexpansive sequence of mappings in Hilbert spaces. Moreover, we can improve the recent results of \textit{M. Tian} and \textit{X. Jin} [Fixed Point Theory Appl. 2011, Paper No. 88, 8 p. (2011; Zbl 1271.47063)]. We also give a simple proof of \textit{G. Marino} and \textit{H.-K. Xu}'s result [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 318, No. 1, 43--52 (2006; Zbl 1095.47038)].
