The paper deals with germs of analytic functions \(f:({\mathbb C}^n,0) \rightarrow ({\mathbb C},0)\) having nonisolated singularity along \(H\). Furthermore it is assumed that \((H,0)\) is a germ of a complete intersection and \(f\) is \(R_I\) finitely determined, where \(R_I\) is a subgroup of automorphisms of \({\mathcal O}_{{\mathbb C}^n,0}\) preserving the reduced ideal of \((H,0)\). The main object is to investigate the \(R_I\) miniversal unfolding of \(f\) and the analogues of the critical locus and discriminant.
