This paper constructs the finite dimensional simple integral modules and the simple calibrated modules for the (degenerate) affine Hecke-Clifford algebra (AHCA), \(\mathcal H_{\mathcal C\ell}^{\text{aff}}(d)\). The main tool is an analogue of the Arakawa-Suzuki functor for the Lie superalgebra \(\mathfrak q(n)\).
