In geometric Ramsey theory it is shown that ``large'' but arbitrary sets necessarily contain certain geometric configurations. Recently there has been a number of results in this direction in various contexts. The goal of this paper is to provide a meaningful extension in the sense of measurable subsets of Euclidean spaces of positive upper Banach density, while providing at the same time a new approach to a 1986 result of Bourgain concerning the establishment of a threshold such that a subset of a \(d\)-dimensional real euclidean space with positive upper Banach density containing an isometric copy of a fixed collection of \(k+1\) points in general position based on a simple notion of uniform distribution attached to an appropriate scale to all proper \(k\)-degenerate distance graphs. As an addition to this new approach where configurations of points that form the vertices of a rigid geometric square, and more generally the direct product of any two finite point configurations in general position, are addressed by the author. The proof techniques are novel, new and mind blowing.
