Mathematical programming problems with fuzzy parameters in the objective function and/or the constraints are called fuzzy programming problems. Credibilistic programming is a particular type of fuzzy programming which transfers the fuzzy objective function and the fuzzy constraints into real numbers via credibilistic mappings such as the expected value operator, optimistic and pessimistic values, entropy, cross entropy and distance. In this book, the author gives a summary of the basic principles of credibilistic programming and their applications. Chapter 1 introduces the basic concepts of credibility theory. Chapter 2 gives a general introduction to credibilistic programming. Chapters 3--7 discuss the expected value model, the chance-constrained model, the entropy model, the cross-entropy model and the regret minimization model, respectively.
