The authors of this paper deal with stability of some uncertain neutral differential systems. Following Lyapunov's method, they derive a new stability criterion in terms of linear matrix inequalities which can be easily solved by efficient convex optimization algorithms. Numerical examples show the effectiveness of their proposed method.
