    The following oscillatory integral is considered \[ T_\lambda f(x)=\int \exp\left(i \lambda{| x-k|\over t(x)}\right) a(x,y)f(y)dy, \] where \(t\neq 0\), \(R^n_t\) is a smooth function of \(x\). The following theorem is proved: (i) If \({\nabla t(x)\over t(x)}\cdot (x-k)-1\neq 0\) on the support of \(a\), then \(\| T_\lambda f\|_2\leq \lambda^{-n/2}\| f\|_2\). (ii) Generally \(\| T_\lambda f\|_2\leq \lambda^{-n/2+1/4}\| f\|_2\). For fixed amplitude function \(a\) one may find \(t\) to show that the exponent of \(\lambda\) is sharp. Other results concern the case when \(t(x)-\overline{t (k)}\) stays for \(t(x)\), \(| t(x)-\overline{t(k)}|>0\). In this case \(\| T_\lambda f\|_2\leq\lambda^{-n/2+1/2}\) and the estimate is sharp as well.
