It is an interesting theoretical paper which provides a comparison theorem to improve the Gauss-Seidel method for an \(H\)-matrix and its comparison matrix. A number of theorems is developed for validation of the method and finally experiments are performed for illustration. It is desired that the author should perform some more experiments for final conclusion.
