The q-Laguerre polynomials \(L^{\alpha}_ n(x;q)\) introduced by \textit{W. Hahn} [Math. Nachr. 2, 4-34 (1949; Zbl 0031.39001)] satisfy certain orthogonality conditions. The author evaluates the limit as \(\alpha\to \infty\) of the measure that appears in one of these.
