Let \(n\ge 3\), \((M^n,g)\) be an \(n\)-dimensional complete locally conformally Riemannian manifold endowed with the Ricci curvature \(\mathrm{Ric}\) (resp. the scalar curvature \(R\)), and let \(H^1(L_{2p}(M^n))\) be the space of \(L_{2p}(M^n)\)-harmonics one forms on \(M^n\). Then, essentially, the authors state two results. The first one (Theorem 3.1) declares that \(H^1(L_{2p}(M^n))=0\) whenever the index of \(\mathcal{L}=\Delta+\frac{|R|}{\sqrt{n}}\) vanishes, the \(L_{n/2}(M^n)\)-norm of Ric is bounded by a constant \(A<\frac{1}{(n-1)C(n)}\), and \(p\in \left[1,\frac{1+\sqrt{\frac{1}{n-1}-\frac{(n-2)AC(n)}{n-1}}}{1+AC(n)}\right],\) where \(C(n)\) stands for the constant in the Sobolev inequality on \(M^n\). Concerning the second result, the authors state that, if the index of \(\mathcal{L}\) is finite, \(|\mathrm{Ric}|^{n/2}\) belongs to \(L_1(M^n)\), and \(p\in\left(1-\sqrt{\frac{1}{n-1}}, 1+\sqrt{\frac{1}{n-1}}\right)\), then the dimension of \(H^1(L_{2p}(M^n))\) is finite (Theorem 3.3).
